Granola is a perfect quick breakfast or snack any time of the day! Make it your own by swapping in your favorite ingredients!

Ingredients
2 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

3/4 Cup Walnuts (whole or chopped)
1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds

https://amzn.to/3hVur6V1/3 Cup Dried Fruit (Goji Berries, Mulberries, etc.)
https://amzn.to/2DksamS1/3 Cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
1 tsp ground Cinnamon (if not using Cinnamon oil)

2 Organic Egg Whites
2-3 Tb Organic Maple Syrup (or local honey or brown rice syrup)

Directions
Preheat oven to 325º
Mix all dry ingredients except dried fruit & choc chips (if using) in a medium mixing bowl.
Whisk together wet ingredients separately.
Add wet to dry & mix thoroughly.
Spread in an even layer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 min then toss.
Continue to bake until deep golden brown, checking & tossing every 5 min.
Note: my oven takes about 25 min total.
Let cool slightly & add fruit & chips. Mix thoroughly.
Let cool completely before storing in airtight container
