(Almost) Guilt-Free Donuts
This healthier version of everyone's favorite breakfast treat is going to allow you to feel like you're indulging! It comes together quickly & uses (mostly ;-)) clean ingredients!
1 Cup Ancient Grain 1:1 Replacement FlourAdd To Cart
1/4 C Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 pinches salt
2 Tb EVOO
1/2 Cup Oat Milk
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate Wafers

Sprinkles, Chopped Nuts, Shredded Coconut, etc.
Mix Dry Ingredients together
Add all Wet ingredients & Whisk until completely incorporated
Transfer donut batter to piping bag or ziplock, snip corner & pipe into greased donut pan. Divide into 6 cavities
Bake @ 350º for about 10 min (clean toothpick test)
Let sit in pan for 2-3 min before transferring to wire rack to cool.
Melt your chocolate in double-boiler or bain-marie & stir until melted
Dip cooled donut in chocolate, place back on wire rack & sprinkle with topping. Let set on counter or in fridge (faster)
