Great for the Holidays! This is a fun spin on salsa!
1 bag fresh cranberries (organic if possible)
1 tsp finely minced red onion
1/2 jalepeño (or more to your preference)
2 pinches of salt
juice of 1 lime
3 drop of doTerra Mexican Cuisine Oil (optional, of course)
1 handful of fresh organic cilantro
1 Tb Honey (Local if possible)
Clean the fresh cranberries
Add all ingredients to your Food Processor
(note: I mince the onion before adding it to bowl just so it disperses more evenly)
Best to make it a few hours ahead of time or even the day before as the flavors will meld together & the color will turn more vibrant red!)
