Ever look at the ingredient list on your store bought box of crackers? Making your own is simple!

Ingredients
3 Cups Ancient Grain 1:1 Replacement Flour
Add To Cart2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Coconut Sugar
1/4 C Olive Oil
Toppings of your choice - Flaked Sea Salt, Everything Bagel, Herbs, Sesame Seeds
1 C (+a bit extra if needed) water to create a sticky-ish dough
Directions
In the bowl of your stand mixer, combine flour, salt, sugar & then add olive oil
Add 1 C Water. it should come together but be a bit sticky. If it's not, add another TB of water (see video for consistency)
Split dough into 2 equal parts.
Cut 2 pieces of parchment paper to fit your cookie sheets.
Working on your counter top, place your parchment sheet down & dust with a bit of flour.
Take dough ball & roll out to fit to each edge of the parchment paper til you get a thin rectangle (1/8" thick)
Brush on a light coating of Olive Oil. Add your toppings. Prick entire surface with a fork. Cut desired shapes using a pizza cutter (Square or rectangles are easiest, of course but doesn't have to be perfect by any means!)
Slide the sheet onto your cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 450º oven for 12-15 min or until golden brown. Let cool. Crackers will crisp up as they cool.
Repeat with the other half of your dough.
Let cool completely before storing in an air tight container
