Ingredients
- Cooked Organic Kamut
- Organic Kale, chopped into bite size pieces
- Organic Red Cabbage
- Toasted, chopped Macadamia Nuts
- Organic Chick Peas
- Roasted Red Peppers (from a Jar - or make your own!)
- Organic Chopped Kalamata Olives
- Chopped Hearts of Palm
- Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
- Hemp Hearts
- Finely minced Organic Red Onion (about 2 TB)
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- 3/4 C EVOO
- 1-2 tsp local honey
- 2 heaping tsp Your Super Super Green Mix
- 2 heaping tsp Your Super Forever Beautiful Mix

Directions
- Make cooked Kamut ahead of time by following directions. Alternatively, you could use another grain of your choice (quinoa, couscous, farro, etc)
- Chop & add desired salad ingredients from list or use your own.
- Make Vinaigrette by simply whisking vinaigrette ingredients together.
- Pour over salad & Toss!
