Ancient Grain Cookie Base Mix
Made from the highest quality ingredients, you can make delicious cookies that are nutritious as well! Just add butter, eggs & your favorite mix-ins to whip up the perfect cookies in no time at all!
Add: 1 C (2 Sticks) soft butter, 2 Eggs, 1 tsp Vanilla + up to 2 C mix-ins
For best results, form dough balls & let them rest in refrigerator for 1 hour up to 24 hrs (covered with plastic wrap)
Bake in a 350º preheated oven for approximately:
9-11 min for smaller (2Tb sized) cookies or
12-15 min for larger giant cookies (package makes 12)
Please note: every oven varies so you'll want to keep an eye on them. Pull them out when edges are starting to get golden brown & tops look dry. They will finish baking as they cool. Leave them on the cookie sheet for a few minutes to set up then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

White chocolate chips, dried cranberries & walnuts
Dark Chocolate Chunks with dried cherries & pecans
White chocolate chips, shredded coconut & Chopped Macadamia Nuts
Dark Chocolate chips with toffee (homemade or store-bought)
If you want to take it up even one more notch, substitute the 2 sticks of soft butter for 1 1/4C (2 1/2 Sticks) of brown butter (melt butter in pan on stove til it turns golden brown & let cool before using) - YUM!
